In most cases a credit card will be required to hold your appointment.  Your card will not be charged until services have been provided, except in regards to Corporate or Parites/Events where payment is due at booking.

Cancellation of any scheduled massage, (including Corporate and Event/Parties) within 24 hours of booking it, wil be charged the full amount if you do not contact me regarding the cancellation.

Half (50%) of the amount of the service will be charged if you call to cancel within 24 hours of booking your massage. This includes Corporate and Events/Parties.

You will not be charged if you call to cancell prior to the 24 hours of when your massage was booked.  

 

Corporate and Event/Parties will be charged a cancellation fee of $60 per Therapist when refund is issued if cancellation is prior to 24 hours of when your Event/Party was booked.
