Adequate space should be provided where employees can come and go.  
Employees will receive 10, 15 or 20 minutes chair massage depending on the number of staff participating.
Fee will be paid at the time of scheduling.

*Will travel within 30 minutes of Signal Mountain with no additional travel fee.  Any requests outside of that area will incur a travel fee of $10 for every additiona 10 minutes of travel time.
