Imagine not having to deal with making sure you get to your appointment on time, sitting in the "relaxation" room with 3 other people and then getting a 50 minute massage before you have to hit the road.  I can't fathom how that could be relaxing.  Wouldn't it be nicer to receive a 60 minute massage, at your home, while you're doing a load of laundry?  That's what I call multi-tasking! But before you do, let me just toss some thoughts your way.  We, as adults, understand the daily stresses and hectic lifestyle we lead.  But our kids don't.  They are learning about the let-downs and life in general, and haven't learned which coping mechanisms work for them.  Kids get stressed too, and it can manifest in so many different ways. So why not treat them to a massage also?  Studies have shown that children with ADHD, who received massage twice a week, were more productive in class, and their teachers stated they showed less hyperactivity.  And what about those teens?  I won't go into the gory details, but you know how it can be.  And most of their attitude and actions are due to stress.  Help yourself by helping your children reduce some of the stress and negativity in their life.

* Will travel within 30 minutes of Signal Mountain with no additional travel fee.  Any requests outside of that area will incur a travel fee of $10 for every additional 10 minutes of travel time.  A Credit Card will be requested to hold your appointment time and to ensure the safety of the Therapist.  You will not be charged until you receive your service or if you do not follow cancellation policy.
